Welcome to Arab AI ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect / المعلومات التي نجمعها

2.1 Personal Information / المعلومات الشخصية

When you create an account using social authentication (Google, Apple), we collect:

  • Name / الاسم
  • Email address / البريد الإلكتروني
  • Profile avatar / image (if provided by the authentication provider) / الصورة الشخصية إن وجدت
  • Unique authentication identifier / المعرف الرقمي الفريد للمصادقة

2.2 Device & Technical Information / معلومات الجهاز والتقنية

We collect technical telemetry necessary for app operation:

When you converse with the AI or generate content:

2.4 Subscription & Transaction Information / معلومات الاشتراكات

We process subscription and entitlement status via RevenueCat and the respective App Stores (Apple StoreKit, Google Play Billing). We never process, store, or have access to your credit card or financial payment details.

3. How We Use Your Information / كيفية استخدام معلوماتك

We use collected data strictly to:

  • Provide, maintain, and deliver Arab AI chatbot and image generation services.
  • Authenticate your account across sessions and devices.
  • Verify active subscription tiers (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) and allocate usage limits.
  • Monitor app health, debug crashes, and prevent unauthorized abuse.

4. Third-Party Service Providers / موفرو الخدمات الخارجيون

We partner with established infrastructure providers strictly to deliver core app functionality:

  • Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication, cloud analytics, and crash reporting.
  • RevenueCat, Inc.: Subscription status verification and receipt validation.
  • Appwrite: Secure, encrypted cloud data storage for user sessions and media metadata.
  • AI Model Providers: Prompts are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) to generate AI responses.

5. Data Security & Storage / أمان وتخزين البيانات

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:

  • All data transmission is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
  • User data in cloud databases is protected by strict role-based access rules.
  • Sensitive cached tokens are stored in secure device storage (flutter_secure_storage).

6. Account Deletion & Data Rights (Guideline 5.1.1(v) & GDPR/CCPA)

In-App Account Deletion / حذف الحساب الفوري:
You have total control over your data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly inside the app: Settings → Delete Account.
Upon confirmation, your Firebase authentication record, conversation history, and uploaded media are permanently wiped from our databases.

بإمكانك في أي وقت وبكل سهولة حذف حسابك وجميع سجلاتك ومحادثاتك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق عبر الانتقال إلى: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، وسيتم مسح كافة البيانات بشكل دائم وغير قابل للاسترجاع.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA) / خصوصية الأطفال

Our App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that personal information of a child under 13 has been collected, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

8. Changes to this Policy / التغييرات على هذه السياسة

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and accessible via the App settings and paywall.
