1. Agreement to Terms / الموافقة على الشروط

By accessing or using the Arab AI mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

بدخولك أو استخدامك لتطبيق Arab AI للهواتف الذكية، فإنك تقر وتوافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration / الأهلية وتسجيل الحساب

2.1 Age Requirements / متطلبات العمر

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

2.2 Account Creation / إنشاء الحساب

To access certain features, you must create an account using social login providers (Google, Apple). You agree to provide accurate information and maintain account security.

3. Acceptable Use Policy / سياسة الاستخدام المقبول

3.1 Prohibited Activities / الأنشطة المحظورة

You agree NOT to use the App to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, spread malware, reverse engineer the App, or attempt unauthorized access.

3.2 AI Misuse Prevention / منع إساءة استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي

You specifically agree not to:

  • Use AI to generate content for illegal purposes
  • Create deepfakes or impersonate individuals without consent
  • Generate misleading or deceptive content
  • Attempt to manipulate or "jailbreak" AI models

4. AI-Specific Terms / بنود الذكاء الاصطناعي وإخلاء المسؤولية

4.1 AI Accuracy Disclaimer / إخلاء مسؤولية دقة الذكاء الاصطناعي:
IMPORTANT: AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable. The App uses advanced third-party AI services that may produce unpredictable or outdated responses. You acknowledge that AI responses are provided "as-is" without guarantees of accuracy.

5. Intellectual Property / الملكية الفكرية

App Ownership: The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Arab AI and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you input into the App (prompts, text). You have a license to use AI-generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes.

6. Subscriptions and Payments / الاشتراكات وشروط الدفع

6.1 Subscription Plans / باقات الاشتراك

  • Free Tier: Limited daily features and basic usage quotas.
  • Weekly Subscription: Enhanced features, fast processing, and weekly usage allowance.
  • Monthly Subscription: Full premium access with flexible monthly billing.
  • Yearly / Annual Subscription: Maximum quotas and best-value annual billing.

6.2 Payment & Auto-Renewal / الدفع والتجديد التلقائي

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6.3 Cancellation & Management / إدارة وإلغاء الاشتراك

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

  • iOS: Go to Device Settings → tap your Apple ID / Name → Subscriptions (or visit https://apple.co/2Th4vqI).
  • Android: Open Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
6.4 Apple Standard EULA Agreement / ترخيص آبل القياسي:
In addition to these Terms, subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):

7. Service Availability / توفر الخدمة

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or third-party cloud outages.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability / حدود المسؤولية

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARAB AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

9. Account Deletion and Termination / حذف الحساب وإنهاء الخدمة

Deletion by You: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the App: Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your user record, conversation history, and generated media are permanently removed.
